RentFlow Africa is software for keeping operational records of rental properties. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Using the service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for the people you invite to your portfolio. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Records, not payments

RentFlow records payments you have already received in cash, mobile money, by transfer or otherwise. It does not collect, hold or transfer money on your behalf, and receipts are operational documents, not audited financial statements.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is while in early access. We do our best to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
