We store only the data you enter to run your portfolio, plus the account information needed to sign you in.

What we store

Portfolio, property, unit, tenant, lease, payment, expense, bill and repair records, plus documents you upload such as leases and identity documents.

Who can see it

Only members of your portfolio. Managers see only the properties assigned to them, enforced by database access rules. Documents are stored privately and opened through short-lived secure links.

Your data

You can export your records to CSV at any time, and you can ask us to delete your portfolio and its documents.
